No Plan B !

After a successful run in the corporate environment, I found myself disillusioned about what the next promotion would hold and often dreamt about owning my own business. I had started various business ventures but always fell short. I soon realised that it was not due to a lack of executive education as much as a lack of small business experience. Being a corporate executive refines our critical thinking, but it also creates a false sense of security.

While I was able to effectively transact and develop a loyal client base, I found myself in quicksand when working through the balancing act of inconsistent revenue cycles vs consistent expenditure and the inconsistency of quality.

As the struggles mounted, I often covered my losses by accepting the next executive position and parked myself in ‘Plan B’ to catch my breath.

There is so much that a small business operator cannot tell you, you will only understand it from experience. Through grit and faith I built this consultancy based on my love for people, economics and small businesses that are the backbone of our economy. To succeed I had to break through the corporate world boundaries which had become steadfast and self-imposed over time, I had to commit to Plan A.

Focusing on my passion for business I now use my executive education to structure consistent revenue streams, develop go to strategies and operational efficiencies towards evidence-based decision making for more consistent revenue cycles.

Being a small business owner is character driven and has No Plan B. If you know what you want and where you would like to be, our corporate strategy team will help you reach your goals.
